CERTIFIED OLIVE OIL SOMMELIER & FOUNDER OF LA OLIVA  

Andrea’s journey with olive oil began with a deep-rooted curiosity and evolved into a lifelong passion. She earned her sommelier certification at ONAOO (Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori Olio di Oliva), the world’s oldest and most Prestigious olive oil school, located in Liguria, Italy.

With La Oliva, Andrea brings her expertise to life, sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with everyone—from food lovers to culinary professionals. Her goal is simple: to elevate your appreciation of olive oil through taste, education, and storytelling.

At La Oliva, she curates intimate tasting experiences and engaging short courses that open up a new way of thinking about olive oil. Whether you're a curious home cook or a food industry professional, Andrea will guide you through the essential characteristics of premium olive oils: their aromas, flavors, origins, and what truly sets them apart.
